Melissa works with clients ranging from individuals to large multinational corporations; but regardless of client, Melissa strives to make the immigration experience for every individual she works with simple, easy, and stress free.

Melissa has over six years of experience working in employment-based immigration, including both non-immigrant and immigrant case types. She has worked on H-1B, L-1 A/B, TN, E-2, E-3, and O-1 visas as well as legal permanent residence (green card) cases through both the EB-2/3 PERM and EB-1 A/B/C processes. She also has experience in drafting a wide variety of RFE responses.

Melissa earned a B.A. in Political Science from Kalamazoo College, where she developed her passion for issues involving immigration, social justice, and the law.
