Brandon has extensive experience with employment-based immigration, specifically with B, E, H, J, L, and TN visas. He also has years of experience drafting H-1B and L-1 RFE responses.
Prior to joining Meltzer Hellrung, Brandon was a Paralegal with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP.
