In her position as Office Manager and HR Assistant, Ginett enjoys her role at Meltzer Hellrung. She works internally with the partners and her fellow coworkers in setting goals for a positive office culture and emphasizes promoting a positive office morale. It is incredibly rewarding to her to be a part of an organization that helps families achieve their dreams while making the immigration process more transparent and less stressful.

Ginett is eager to continue to work closely with the partners and her co-workers to set goals that foster a positive office culture and boost morale.  She enjoys running the day-to-day operations and providing the guidance and support needed to help her team thrive. Ginett’s previous experience managing the legal assistant team has given her a deep appreciation for diverse international cultures we encounter, and she is excited to keep learning and growing with the firm.
