Kyle utilizes an array of data analytic tools and methodologies to examine team strengths, areas for improvement, and growth benchmarks that has allowed Meltzer Hellrung to build and retain a strong legal team. Kyle works closely with team leaders to create a welcoming, engaging environment within Meltzer Hellrung that helps provide comprehensive and customized services to our clients. Kyle also works closely with Meltzer Hellrung’s Voyager product development team, ensuring the platform’s growth and vision is aligned with the goals of its users.

Kyle has worked in the business immigration field since 2014, starting as a paralegal at another law firm. Since then, he has honed his expertise by effectively managing a diverse array of client accounts, spanning from dynamic start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Kyle joined Meltzer Hellrung in 2019. He is particularly proud of his work with the to help grow the legal team and its procedures, particularly around technology integration and improvement.
