Franklin has led teams in high-volume environments, leveraging technology and digital initiatives to enhance client experiences and improve operational efficiency. In addition to providing high-volume business immigration legal services, he has assisted small and medium-sized businesses and expanded services to Spanish-speaking clients.

Franklin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of the South, his master’s in business administration from the University of Georgia, and his law degree from the University of Miami. Franklin is licensed in DC and Georgia and is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Korean.
