Andrew Wojcik earned a B.A. in history from the University of Illinois, Chicago. His studies focused on European and American history while also taking courses on China and Latin America. He graduated magna cum laude and was awarded an academic scholarship by his professors for his writing on American slavery.

Andrew has experience in the green card process including PERM labor certification and adjustment of status applications, both employment and family based. He also has experience preparing R-1 religious worker visas.

Prior to joining Meltzer Hellrung, Andrew was a Paralegal with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen, & Loewy LLP.
