January 2025 Visa Bulletin

The updated Visa Bulletin for January 2025, has been released.  See the full bulletin here.

Individuals seeking to file applications for adjustment of status with USCIS must use the “Dates of Filing” dates for determining when they can file such applications.

Dates of Filing:

All Chargeability (all countries except those otherwise listed):

• EB-1 remains current.
• EB-2 remains August 1, 2023.
• EB-3 remains  March 1, 2023.
• EB-3 other workers remains May 22, 2021.

China:

• EB-1 remains January 1, 2023.
• EB-2 remains October 1, 2020.
• EB-3 remains November 15, 2020.
• EB-3 other workers remains January 1, 2018.

India:

• EB-1 remains April 15, 2022.
• EB-2 remains January 1, 2013.
• EB-3 remains June 8, 2013.
• EB-3 other workers remains June 8, 2013.

Mexico and Philippines:

• EB-1 remains current.
• EB-2 remains August 1, 2023.
• EB-3 remains March 1, 2023.
• EB-3 other workers remains May 22, 2021.

Final Action Changes:

All Chargeability (all countries except those otherwise listed):

• EB-1 remains current.
• EB-2 moved forward to April 1, 2023.
• EB-3 moved forward to December 1, 2022.
• EB-3 other workers moved forward to December 8, 2020.

China:

• EB-1 remains November 8, 2022.
• EB-2 moved forward to April 22, 2020.
• EB-3 moved forward to June 1, 2020.
• EB-3 other workers remains January 1, 2017.

India:

• EB-1 remains February 1, 2022.
• EB-2 moved forward to October 1, 2012.
• EB-3 moved forward to December 1, 2012.
• EB-3 other workers moved forward to December 1, 2012.

Mexico and Philippines:

• EB-1 remains current.
• EB-2 moved forward to April 01, 2023.
• EB-3 moved forward to December 1, 2022.
• EB-3 other moved forward to December 8, 2020.
