Maria is a Colombian lawyer and Senior Immigration Paralegal with extensive experience supporting employment-based, family-based, and business immigration matters. As a senior paralegal and team lead, Maria has played a key role in implementing effective PERM labor certification strategies, including managing recruitment, preparing audit responses, and supporting EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa processes through adjustment of status and consular processing via the National Visa Center. She also has experience supporting nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, TN, H-3, R, and P-3 visas, as well as family-based immigration processes.
