Beth has advised business leaders on complex corporate immigration strategies and immigration compliance measures for more than twelve years. Her experience includes advising both small businesses and multinational corporations in the automotive, healthcare, higher education, IT, manufacturing, banking, utilities, construction, agriculture, and engineering industries. She has vast experience with both family-based and employment-based immigration including B-1/B-2, H-1B, E-1/E-2/E-3, TN, L-1A/L-1B, O-1, R-1, J-1, PERM labor certification (traditional and special handling), I-140 EB-1/EB-2/EB-3, Adjustment of Status, Immigrant Visa Processing, and Naturalization matters.
She has also counseled clients through I-9 Notices of Inspections, Internal Audits, Department of Justice discrimination investigations, and provides training to business leaders on immigration compliance best practices. Beth is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where she currently serves on the Department of Labor Liasion Committee. She has also been a speaker at the 2021 and 2023 Annual AILA Conferences. Beth loves everything Irish, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Incorporated Society of Irish American Lawyers (Detroit, MI) where she enjoys Irish education, history, and fellowship. Beth is licensed in Illinois and Michigan.
