Dominika has over a decade of professional experience in immigration law, with extensive experience preparing all types of employment-based cases in a high-volume capacity with particular emphasis on H-1B, EB-1, L-1, PERM, O-1, NIW, E-2, E-3, I-140, P-1, TN, and other immigrant petitions / applications. In a prior role, Dominika dedicated over 200 hours to a firm’s pro bono team by preparing affirmative and defensive asylum applications and various removal defense cases.
Dominika’s clients have included prominent U.S. universities and academic institutions, medical companies, IT companies, dairy and cattle farms, multinational companies, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. Her foreign national clients have included university professors, physicians, scientists, business executives, IT specialists, agricultural workers, athletes, and musicians.
As an immigrant herself (originally from Adelaide, Australia), Dominika has firsthand knowledge of the immigration process and is passionate about assisting clients in their immigration journeys. Her professional and personal experience allows her to help employers and individuals comply with federal immigration laws.
Dominika holds a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a B.A. in Communication and Journalism and German from the University of St. Thomas, both located in St. Paul, Minnesota. Dominika is fluent in Polish.
