Daniel Dávalos graduated from the Universidad de Guadalajara and is a paralegal with over three years of experience supporting attorneys and clients in U.S. Business Immigration and Family Immigration matters. Daniel has prepared and drafted a wide range of petitions and forms, including employment-based cases such as H-1B, L-1A, TN, and EB-2 NIW, as well as humanitarian and family-based applications such as U Visas, VAWA, I-130, and Adjustment of Status.

Before joining Meltzer Hellrung, Daniel worked with U.S. immigration law firms where he gained experience managing client documentation, preparing USCIS filings, and assisting in the strategic definition of immigration processes as a Sales Specialist. He is known for his clear communication, client-centered approach, and attention to detail throughout every stage of the immigration process.
