Jennifer Salviati earned a B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of California, San Diego, graduating magna cum laude, with a focus in religious art. Jennifer additionally holds a post-baccalaureate certificate in Paralegal Studies.
Jennifer has experience with employment-based and family-based immigration petitions, waivers, removal defense, consular procedure and the immigration consequences of criminal convictions and arrests.
Prior to joining Meltzer Hellrung, Jennifer was a Paralegal with several east-coast law firms specializing in employment-based immigration and a west-coast firm focusing on removal defense. Jennifer also interned with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Regional Solicitor in Boston, MA.
